Fast, clean, friendly at the Atlanta west midtown location. Kennedy was great. I like that a membership it’s a realistic price. Also, other services such as under arm or eye brows would Just be a +$5 add on service is very appealing and realistic. I travel a lot for my job to large cities, so I like how they have multiple locations all over the US.

Keja who serviced me with a Brazilian wax was PHENOMENAL!!!! She made my visit so easy and comfortable! Definitely became a lifetime member with service like Keja’s‼️

The service itself was great, my aesthetician was very welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, a few hours later my skin had a strong reaction to the wax, including irritation, inflammation, and skin pilling. This reaction made my day-to-day life very uncomfortable for several days. I’ve been getting waxed for over 10 years and have never experienced a reaction like this before. I’m sharing this for transparency, especially for clients with sensitive skin.
