Okay so, I’ve been coming here for about 4-5 years now (ever since I’ve moved to Atlanta) & I-Too never disappoints with my eyebrows. However this time I was serviced by Yasmin — & she did AMAZING! I don’t know if it’s because of the eyebrow massage at the end lol but I was very pleased. If you need somewhere to get a nice eyebrow thread. I-too is definitely the place!

I was apprehensive about posting this, but I would like to let you, prospective customers, know. I had been coming here on and off for years; it was always okay for a quick wax if I couldn't schedule with my regular girl. In March, the wax lady here burned me so badly with the wax that it completely lifted my skin under my lip, creating blisters, etc. While I was upset, she was very apologetic and didn't make me pay; instead, she offered me a free service once it healed. I had to go to the doctors, etc., and use some retinol cream in an attempt to fade the hyperpigmentation caused once healed .... About six months later, I returned in September, and a different person was waxing, so I was not offered the free service that had been extended to me six months earlier. This was understandable. I didn't push back; I just proceeded with the service... The waxer was eating when I came in, and came straight over and started touching my face. I asked her if she wouldn't mind washing her hands. She replied that she had just washed them; however, when she touched my face, they did not smell washed. I didn't want to offend her by continuing to ask... this was a bad judgment call on my part. She completed my service, but I did notice the wax station was dirtier than usual. That night, my face, in the area her thumb was pressing while she did my upper lip wax service, started to itch. I washed my face thoroughly, hoping the itch would go away. The next morning, I woke up with a small patch of raised bumps near the area where her fingers had been... the same area that had been itching the night prior. Within two days, the patch had grown, so I went to the doctor because I had become concerned. I had ringworm... ringworm...... I was advised to use an anti-fungal cream for 10 days. Which I did and it went away... but that is not the point.... I do not believe they have systems in place to ensure customer safety and cleanliness. Obviously, I will never be back, but I wanted you all to know.... Additionally, when I called to report what had happened, they mentioned that they had another customer with a similar complaint. They advised that they were aware of the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. While I do appreciate the apology, that is just a little too much for me.

I’ve been coming here to see Simran regularly for years. She does AMAZING work on eyebrows and I’ve been getting my brows threaded my entire life so I’m picky. She is soooo good at it. Forever her loyal customer. Waiting patiently for her to return. Everyone else is super nice but just not the same as her.
