The best in town !! All the ladies are lovely & kind, place is well kept and clean. I would Recommend to book an appointment before incase they have no more time slots if you are thinking of walking in. Other than that 10/10!!

Do NOT go there if you're a hairy girl. I made an appointment last summer for a full body wax, and ngl I am kinda hairy, the whole reason why I wanted to make an appointment in the first place. The lady couldn't stop talking about how hairy I am, which in fact it wasn't that bad the way she made it seem (I promise you). Everytime she was putting the sugar wax, or ripping the wax paper, she would make a comment towards me. At some point, even asked me if I had a boyfriend, which I responded with a 'yes', and she straight out told me "He must REAAAALLY love you with all this hair you got, you should feel lucky". I was uncomfortable the whole waxing process. And everytime I showed her missing spots, she would *sigh* and repeat the wax in that same spot aggressively. Worsr experience of my life, I would've never thought a woman herself, doing a job such as waxing, would make you feel judged the whole process by reminding you how hairy you are!

Called and asked to do a walk in for a Brazilian. Lady said that was fine. Told her I’d be there in less than an hour. Lady said that was fine. Drove 30 minutes and walked inside. Told the SAME lady I spoke to over the phone I was there for the walk in and that I called a bit ago. All of the sudden they can’t do walk ins until after 4pm. I literally told her I’d be there in less than an hour over the phone when she told me at that time walk ins were fine. Wasted 30 minutes driving there for her to tell me something completely different when I got there. The lady did not care, had absolutely no remorse, was not polite, and didn’t apologize. Do not go here. Go somewhere with better customer service and better communication skills. I literally asked her to repeat herself over the phone so I could make sure I understood that walk ins were okay and reiterated that I would be there in less than an hour and she still said that was fine. Only changed when I showed up. And what pisses me off is that she didn’t even care, like it was on purpose. I won’t ever try to go there again.
