I am not normally a person who gives bad reviews because I value businesses but when employees are confrontational and unprofessional, I feel strongly I need to speak up. I am a long term customer at EWC and loyal enough to purchase packages. You know, those commitment deals they give you to incentivize return. It’s something I gladly do. I made an appointment at this location knowing I had a balance I could take care of when I arrived and the initial appointment was great until XXXX (not trying to shame people here but the store knows) called me back to let me know I had a balance and I would have to pay that. “Ok, non problem”, I replied. Thank you. About 30 minutes later, I realized I needed dog food and because I live in Buda/Kyle area, decided the Kyle one was more convenient so I called this store back and asked if they could switch my appointment there. Same rep (XXXX) let me know she wouldn’t make the change but that I should know that I have to pay that balance no matter where I go. Me: Yes, I understand that XXXX: Ok great, just making sure you knew you had to pay that Me: Ok, let me give you some feedback- I understand I need to pay this- still making the appointment in Kyle but you are making me feel a little offended in the way you are talking to me. I’m not trying to avoid payment- I am going where is most convenient. She then says, “ok- well, I was just letting you know you had to pay that no matter where you go and I can also let my Manager know…. Me: Ok, thanks (holding on phone but she then hangs up.) Whatever- moved on with my appointment in Kyle and they were kind and respectful and told me S. Lamar still had not canceled so after I made my appt she transferred me back to S. Lamar so that I could make sure the original appointment was canceled. Phone rings- it’s XXXX again, letting me know she spoke to her Manager and her Manager wanted me to know (through her) that Kyle wouldn’t make an appointment with me until that balance was paid. Me: that’s funny, the appointment is already made- balance noted and will be paid upon arrival and why is your Manager having you call me when I have already requested to connect with her regarding g how you treat customers? She rushes me off phone and lasting she says is; “I am calling Kyle location.” Oooooookay!!! My balance is $74!! Never did I try to avoid this and when I book these services, I booking to help me feel good about myself…..not deal with a bill collector treating me so poorly! Whatever EWC. I blame the Manager on this one and I will roll this up to corporate. These franchises are lucky to have customers that are loyal. Not going to this location again.

Gwen is amazing. She’s super easy to talk to, makes the whole appointment feel relaxed, and does such a great job every time. Everything is always clean, quick, and I’m always happy with the results. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing. I won’t book with anyone else, definitely ask for Gwen if you go in!

Sarah was amazing. I popped in off the street for my first time with about 15 minutes to spare before needing to run home and dress for a wedding. On my drive up to Austin. I was horrified when finding the mini whiskers that had surfaced. She was extra kind and focused on getting me in and out on time. Problem solved.!
