Went to my first European wax appointment and I loved it for so many reasons! Firstly, I of course asked what the difference between going there and going to a random nail shop would be. They were really patient, taking the time to explain the difference between the wax’s, the process and training they had/used. Since it was my first time, they even offered me the opportunity to try it free and decide for myself if I liked it! Going into it, the staff was very friendly and talked me through everything. I was comfortable and the wax they used was so much gentler on my skin. Usually at other places the wax can be pretty harsh but this wax was different. When I went back to greet my partner he told me my skin “didn’t look abused this time” and looked “much smoother”— which is true!! 😭 They even put some oils and moisturizer on my brow before and after the waxing… it was nice. 😌 Gabriella did a great job, I got exactly what I was hoping for and I’d definitely recommend going to see her on Thursdays when you get the chance!! I will definitely be returning!!

I had such a great experience with Sydney! It was my first time using hard wax and it was way easier and less painful than soft wax. She made me feel super comfortable, talked me through the whole process, and did a fabulous job. The front desk girl was also really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
