Relax & Wax Authentic Brazilian Wax & Sugaring

Disappointing.. I was excited to have this salon so close to me. I couldn't reach the location by phone call so showed up in person, and they were able to help me on the spot which is great. The first wax went well except there was a mentioned "first time" discount that I am not entirely sure was applied, but I didn't stress it. The next visit, less than a month later, was where it went wrong. I am consistent with waxing and had much more hair grow back in less than 10 days which is abnormal. I called and asked if they would redo it and asked if I'd be charged. The conversation was a bit confusing but I ended it with an appointment and told yes to the fix. I arrived, planning my day around this, and was told it would not be complimentary, that that is only possible if it is the day after. She offered to call the manager, who did not answer, and then said we could proceed but I would most likely still have to pay. Frustrating communication, unclear on the phone and in person. Their system seemed to have both my appointments recorded and then at times not, felt disorganized. I would not recommend. No support listed on website either.

I’ve been coming to Relax & Wax for my Brazilian waxes for a while and usually saw Anareli, so I was nervous to try someone new as I’m very particular. I went yesterday and saw Greisha, and she was amazing! Super sweet, professional, friendly, and she made me feel completely comfortable and ensured the wax wasn’t too hot. She took her time and got every single hair which is the reason I would see Anareli — I’ll definitely be booking with Greisha from now on!

Tiffany is wonderful. She has done the waxing for my husband manzilian and stomach area. Very professional and makes you feel comfortable! 5 stars highly recommend her and services. Tiffany also does my waxing, face, Brazilian, happy trails. Very professional, takes pride in her work. Only used her services twice but extremely comfortable with her. Would recommend her to anyone. Great manager!! She is the best. We used Anareli previously who did amazing job as well. Was very sad to see she was no longer there. We were very hesitant to give Tiffany a try. Rest assured you will be in great hands with Tiffany. I didn’t think it was possible to get as good as service as Anareli, but Tiffany did!!
