I love Shakila! I’ve been going to her for a couple years has really transformed my eyebrows. She also does my body waxing. She’s quick and always has time to schedule you. She’s quick to respond to your messages so there’s no waiting! I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows.
She is habitually late for all the appointments. She has even been a no show for a couple of them! Very unprofessional! Used a filthy washcloth on me today!! I have tolerated it for way too long; she doesn't give consideration to her client's schedule. Also, sloppy . And uses paper towel (too rough for the delicate eye area) instead of soft tissue . If you like sitting around for 45 min for her to show up, then this is for you.
I have now known Shakila for more than 3 years. She is awesome at everything she does - waxing, threading, facial and massages. She is very professional and detail oriented in her work. Even during my pregnancy I got waxing done from her; and postpartum got massages from her which helped me recover way faster. Thanks Shakila for a wonderful experience each time!
