This place is my ultimate favorite place to go get my eyebrows done in Birmingham. The people are kind and the work is fantastic. I am in and out super fast. I have always loved my eyebrows every time no matter who is doing them!

I was very excited to come here based on the reviews and ratings. I’m new to town and need a new eyebrow threader. Customer service is everything. I walked in and no one spoke to me. I sat down for about 5 minutes and no one spoke to me. As soon as I get up to leave, then the lady is like “what would you like to get done”. I politely tell her it’s okay. She proceeds to ask what I’d like to get done because she’s almost done with the person she’s working with. I proceeded to say it’s okay, I had somewhere else to be (finding another eyebrow threader). She looked at me very confused. Just like I sat there confused as to why no one spoke to me. It’s the little things that’s matter the most. You want my money, then the least you could do is acknowledge me. I don’t mind waiting for great service but the vibes were so off.
