Brazilian Wax Spa by Marci Hoover

I have been a loyal customer for over five years. Today, I arrived on time for my appointment after driving 40 minutes, only to be told upon arrival that I was incorrectly booked and they could not see me. This was an error on their end. My issue was the lack of empathy and acknowledgement from the owner for their mishap. I spoke with Marci, who was extremely rude and showed no empathy or consideration for the inconvenience caused. There was no apology, only blame. What’s especially disappointing is that if a client runs late, they take your deposit, yet when they make a mistake, there is no accountability. After this experience, I will not be returning.

Alison is the best ever hands down 100% made me comfortable and nothing left behind !!!!!!!

I've been going to Marci Wax Spa for four years now, and I can't say enough good things about it. I now go to the Vestavia location as it’s closer, but spent about 2 years at Hoover and have the same positive experience at both locations! The staff is super friendly and always makes me feel right at home. The place is always super clean and sanitary.
