This is hands down the best wax place I’ve been to. The staff is knowledgeable, gentle, and makes the whole experience as painless as possible. The environment is clean and relaxing, and they truly care about their clients. I always leave happy with my results. 10/10 recommend!

Extremely poor customer service. It’s already difficult to get an appointment, and arriving early only makes the experience worse—they treat you as if you don’t belong there. Do not pay your deposit early; it feels like a tactic to keep your money. I will not return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
