I really wanted to like this place. I have gotten my lashes done before many times so I know how to take care of them. When I came in I was kind of left just waiting in the lobby and at some point I was helped and the tech I had was super nice but I had a crazy amount of fallout even on day one which is so sad because they were soooo pretty. They didn’t even last a week. Totally bummed.

I have been coming to Spa Lumos since day one. Brooke and her amazing and talented team run the best spa in Boise! I have had the pleasure of receiving services from each spa employee, and they all have been very welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating, caring, and kind. Brooke has done a superb job at creating a relaxed and welcoming space for everyone. I drive all the way from Meridian to Spa Lumos every two weeks just to get the best service in town!
