If I could give Priscilla 10 stars I would. Priscilla is she a true brow artist with an eye for shape and excellent attention to detail. Beyond that, Priscilla is a warm, personable and kind person. Priscilla was absolutely fantastic! This was the first time I ever did my eyebrows tinted and she matched my natural hair color perfectly.
