D'Laly's Beauty Salon

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Was gifted a Groupon for this place. Called the Dorchester location about coming in that day, along with paying for extra services such as nail designs and possible eyebrow tinting on top of the Groupon service. They told me to call this location because their special "Groupon nail tech" wasn't in (not sure what that meant). Called this one and the first woman that picked up couldn't speak English, so she hands it to a second younger sounding woman who can speak a bit of basic English. She was kind enough to give the the owner's number and told me to let her know about the groupon and to ask if I could come in and about the additional services. I texted and called the owner a few times over the next hour to no answer. I called back after an hour and change and the phone was handed back to the woman who gave me the number, who told me that she would call the owner for me and call back. After 15 minutes or so, I call back and the older sounding woman who picked up said in Spanish that she would grab the other woman (not realizing that I understood). She never did. I waited for over 45 minutes for someone to come to the phone. At the 10 minute mark, I actually started DRIVING to the salon and by the 41 minute mark, you can see I'm the picture that I had arrived and still had no one bring the other woman on the phone. The entire time I kept saying hello and other things while the older woman kept chatting with friends and gossiped with a guy. ANYTHING except bring the other woman to the phone. So incredibly disrespectful. I approached the door and walled back to my car because I was incredibly disgusted by the customer service and figured the nails would turn out as good as the crap service was. Don't bother coming. Find another place. Told my friend to return the Groupon for a refund. As someone who has been traveling and recently hit the million mark for my Google reviews, this definitely has to be one of the crappier places I've reviewed.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Love this salon!!! They do they thing in here!!! Great atmosphere, excellent service, welcoming beautiful staff. I love my results every time! They are a one stop shop GET IN THERE FOR YOUR BEAUTY NEEDS. Go see my girl yulissa she is amazing!

It's really nice if you wanna get a perfect blowout, I got it from Rebecca. She is very friendly and does her job really well. She is amazing. Only downside is they don't use heat protectant Ig coz they use lot of heat. But it came out really good!!
