This location is the best! Brittany is amazing. She does an excellent job. She makes it painless and quick, not to mention she is a sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable! Carol, the manager, is also lovely as well. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to get waxed in the Boston area!

had a very disappointing experience. I came yesterday to set my appointment, arrived on time today, gave my name, and was asked to sit. Instead of being greeted professionally, the lady in the front desk looked me up and down in a very judgmental and uncomfortable way. She then asked me, rudely, whether I was using acne medication or skincare products. I explained that I stopped retinol 5 days prior, exactly as stated on their own website and at other locations. She insisted it should be two weeks, which directly contradicts the information they provide publicly. If that were truly the rule, it would make regular eyebrow waxing unrealistic. The entire interaction felt dismissive, unwelcoming, and frankly discriminatory. There was no respect, no professionalism, and no effort to communicate kindly or clearly. I left feeling uncomfortable and judged. Customer service should be respectful and consistent . this experience was neither. I will not be returning.

I have been going to various EWC in Boston going on 10 years and have enjoyed every experience which keeps me coming back. Chiselwa has been the best specialist I could’ve had. I will continue to go to her as long as she’s there. I would 10/10 definitely recommend for new and experience guest!
