Chelsy was great! I came in for a brow wax and I’m a little nervous about people touching my face. She listened to what I wanted, made me feel super comfortable and I was in and out in ten minutes. Brows look great, can’t recommend her enough!
Chelsea is the best! She makes it an overall good experience with her great friendly conversation and most importantly her skill. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable etc. She’s very relatable, just a good person and makes this experience comfortable. I appreciate her.
I visited the Brookline location because my wax specialist at another EWC location called out and the appointment was cancelled. It was a blessing in disguise to find a 10:15 AM opening with Mona. She was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Mona was thorough in making sure I was comfortable and ensured that no spots were missed. I know to book with Mona again for my next appointment! There’s metered street parking and a metered parking lot if you drive behind the cvs building. Accessibility is simple, there is no steps and the front desk will hold the door to let you in. Allie the front desk was very knowledge about the products being sold and what works best with after care.
