Lash L'Amour Boston- Best of Boston Eyelash Extensions & Korean Lash Lift

$153.50 + $20 tip for 3 days of lashes? No thank you. First time coming here, maybe 9th time getting lash extensions. I followed all directions to a T, and everything was spider legs. Over my pillows (back sleeper), when blinking in meetings (not very professional of clusters to fall off in serious conversation...), when a gust of wind blew threw the summer breeze, my lashes were off in 3 days. I usually go to the Newton location, but I needed a last-minute appointment and booked at the Boston location with Lien N. She was friendly, but unfortunately she had a pretty severe cold. Although she was wearing a mask, it wasn’t worn properly and didn’t cover her nose. She was sniffling constantly, blowing her nose, and I’m fairly certain she wasn’t sanitizing her hands immediately afterward before touching my face again. That made me really uncomfortable, especially since this is a service that requires being so close to someone’s face. On top of that, I clearly explained how I wanted my lash lift, but the results didn’t reflect what I asked for at all. My lashes honestly look like I never even had the service done. It’s possible she wasn’t feeling well and that affected the outcome, but regardless, Lash Amour should not allow staff to work when they’re this sick especially in close-contact services. Overall, I’m very disappointed. It felt like a waste of time and money, and I was unnecessarily exposed to germs. I won’t be returning to this technician. I

I went for my first visit today for a Russian lash lift with Nicole. The whole appointment I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Nicole was very professional, nice and gentle! I will definitely be back for another service in the near future with her. Despite my frustration looking for parking for over 45 minutes she made it all worth it! 🥰 Thank you Nicole! I love the results, your work is amazing.
