As soon as I walked in, the staff were very attentive and immediately started with my hair even though I showed up early. I had a hair wash, cut, dry, and style, which I really liked for a great price. I will definitely be coming again.

I asked for a new hair color and was given the same color that I had previously. No noticeable differences in my hair except for roots. Spent $180. They offered to fix it and then told me AFTER they added a second layer of color that it couldn't be done. Hair stylist convinced me that after a few weeks, the color would wash out to the shade that I wanted and after 6 weeks it was the same. Also left my hair incredibly dry and way more damaged than before. The service offered the results of a root touch up for over double the price- it is usually only $80 for a root touch up. Very disappointed. Attached is what I got vs. what I wanted
