Extremely slow service, over priced and the only had one person working. She underestimated the time. Told me 10 and I was still sitting there after 20! Unprofessional and inefficient service.

Just had my eyebrows done today and my trip is tomorrow and she didn’t even listen that I just wanted to clean up and she made my brows very thin to the point that I am ashamed and I am going to wear a hat tomorrow even if I don’t want to because of this. Also asked me to tip her more and didn’t even clean up the hairs that dropped on my face.

The worker that attended me was nice, but she rushed and did not do a very good job. My eyebrows are noticeably uneven. This establishment is also pricier than other places that have threaded my eyebrows a lot better. I have never had my eyebrows come out this uneven before... I'm giving an extra star because the customer service was good, but I'm not satisfied with the service provided. It is a very convenient location, but it's worth finding another place that will take the time to do your eyebrows correctly.
