I had a great experience with Glenn at sugar body. I am new to waxing and while it was just my lips and eyebrows Glenn took his time with me and explained what he was doing and asked clearly what I was looking for out of Mt visit with him. Systematically sends to voicemail or hangs up the phone. Don't have a phone number if you're not actually willing to take a phone call. Edit: regarding the nonsensical reply, I called multiple times, and the front desk person kept sending me to voicemail. I know that because they picked up once, didn't say a word, and then hung up. Not everyone has a (716) area code number. It's rude to pick up and hang up on the spot. Again, either answer properly or don't have an answering machine. I'm telling you, you hung up on me multiple times.

I love , love , love this place . Have been going before the pandemic. Prices didn't go up terribly if at all. I found them after googling and reading reviews . Located in Buffalo,NY . I'm 2 hours aways but idc . This is where I get my underarms & Brazilian. My tech is Glen . I definitely would recommend this place
