Just left, hair cut wasnt done properly, I specifically requested someone who could do textured hair as well as hair products for textured hair. I was assured that they uses and had various hair products and stylist who did textured hair. Well, that was a lie and my daughters hair didn't get done properly , the stylist she had was literally combing her wet 4c tight coiled hair out with a rat tail comb, I had to tell the teacher to tell the stylist that she shouldn't be using thst type of comb she should be using a wide tooth comb. The teacher went to correct the stylist, but if you do textured hair as they said they did ,that would have been common knowledge. It then took two different stylist to put her hair in french braids. The white stylist couldn't do it after loading her hair up with gel. The black stylist came and braided my daughters hair and as she was braiding it the two white stylist watched her and as they discussed how there needed to be training on ethinc hair. And my hair cut didnt come out correct at all. I literally showed an actual video of the technique and to be fair, the young lady who was my stylist had never cut hair before but was eger to learn and was doing her best, the instructor did show her the cutting technique however I the stylist became a litte fustrated and even the instructor did when they put foam wrap in my hair with the wrap paper that was not applied properly. Put me uner the dryer and afterwards my hair wasnt dry the stylist then proceeded to blowdry my hair improperly. The instructor brings the stylist a pair of clippers and pencil flations from her car, the stylist didnt disentect the clippers wit disinfect spray and proceeded to use them on me and I 100% certian that was a health and safety violation. Afterwards, the instructor who is visible aggivated then says" What do you want us to do? We aren't equipped to do what you were asking, and she has 30 minutes before she has to go on lunch." My hair was not done. I was forced to pay for an incomplete and unprofessional service.I have bumps along the nape of my neck where she used the clippers. I left with it not even being styled, the young lady at the front desk was rude ,and argumentative. Giving every excuse for our hair not being done properly, constantly saying that these are students and that alot of ethnic people come her to get there hair done, all whike stating she wasnt a stylist and continues to attemp to gaslight. Then tells me to call on Tuesday and file a complaint. We have 4c hair, and even with that being said with the way our hair came out none of them should even be working on actual people if they dont have the skills required for services! Now I have to find an actual stylist to fix my hair! I literally had to go home and wash my daughters hair and style it as it was filled with gel. And was my own hair to get the product that was put in my hair out. I would absolutely not recommend anyone go here, even students! I will be contacting the Department of State as well as the Attorney Generals office on Monday and filing a complaint. This so called school should absolutely not be in business!

Lindsay D did my cut, hilights, style and makeup. I absolutely love my hair! My before pic shows how damaged and misshapen my hair was. Lindsay took care of me and I feel like a new person! She is very talented, especially with color. I’m getting lots of compliments and I owe it all to her!
