I was a 1st timer!!! Amber is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you get there. There was no pain or discomfort and she explains her process and products thoroughly. She is very knowledgable and personable. I felt no judgement and booked my 2nd appointment before I left, which I never do!!!
