Ana was an amazing esthetician who took her time and made sure all my needs were meet. Frances was an amazing front desk receptionist and made sure that I was greeted and given complimentary treats as I waited for my service.

I went back a second time because the first time was an excellent experience. It seems the lip and chin wax lasted longer tan another salon. The second time I asked for a lip and chin wax. The young lady waxed all the way up to my ears, wacing my cheeks before I could stop her. Not what I asked for. My cheeks formed red bumps. I'm sure they'll go away. If I decide to go back I'll make sure just lip and chin!
