I had the best experience with Dana at Charleston Medical Spa! She did my lip filler and Botox and absolutely nailed it—full, balanced, and still very natural, exactly what I was hoping for. Dana took her time, really listened to what I wanted, and explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. That level of care, consistency, and trust is exactly why I keep coming back to her. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients.
