Knox & Olive - A Lash and Brow Studio

Ok so, let me start by saying the girl I had was suuuuppper sweet, nice, caring and professional. I got the lash lift and an eyebrow wax and the whole appointment was great but I just felt disappointed with the results after seeing a lot of other nice lash lifts. With what I PAID I wish it was more dramatic but paying $100+ for something that made barely a difference didn’t sit right with me. I said I wanted a lift that looked like a curler was used when I came in and she made it sound like it was totally fine/east/doable but overall I’m just like eh. I wasn’t gonna post this at first but if this was like $60 then sure I’d take it and move on but because I paid so much and primarily went in for the lash lift I’m just disappointed. After the appointment I went right back so I could get it done again but she said I had to wait like 3-4 weeks. I’m still new to this but if my eyelash hair is not as ‘fine’ or malleable enough to get the effect I was looking for it’s just hard to justify the price and let me come in in the first place if the look isn’t attainable… I wish I was told it’d be better to get actual lashes added. first pic was my baseline (what they usually look like) while second two are immediately after. There IS a small curl but again… not worth what I paid WITH TIP.

This was my first time visiting Knox & Olive, and I’m genuinely so glad I booked. From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, clean, and professional. I went in for a lash lift and an eyebrow wax, and the entire experience was smooth and relaxing. My technician was kind, patient, and really knowledgeable—she explained the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I appreciated that she took the time to talk through what result would look best based on my natural lashes, and you can tell she truly cares about doing things correctly and safely. The results came out beautiful and natural. My lashes looked lifted and more open without feeling overdone, and my brows were shaped perfectly. I also liked that they focus on healthy lashes and were upfront about timing and maintenance instead of trying to rush anything. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re considering trying them out, I highly recommend Knox & Olive—the service and attention to detail are absolutely worth it.

Honest review, the technician did a professional job with the lash lift- it turned out nice and looks good so far. On another important (to me) note, I’m big on the customer/provider quality experience when I book any kind of service, and overall I felt uncomfortable and a bit dismissed throughout. I tried to spark up conversations and ask genuine questions about the lash biz/ etc… but the technicians responses were very minimal and lead no where. Maybe she was having a bad day, but upon arriving I didn’t feel greeted or welcomed properly, or any kind of friendly attempt to make me feel like a valued customers. We sat in silence for the entire hour mostly- which is also nice, but it just felt a bit off for me. I truly appreciate when someone providing a service makes the initiative to at the very least let you know what’s going on throughout the service, especially since my eyes are closed the whole time. I don’t expect to have convo the entire time, but bare minimum some friendly interaction would have made my experience way more enjoyable! I won’t be returning because of that piece. But like I said, the lash job turned out fine itself.
