Great customer service! Great skincare products for perfect Christmas gifts. Everyone is very friendly and nice.

Four years ago, I came to this business for a chemical peel and ended up with third-degree burns. Today, I decided to give this place another chance, but they denied me service for being just five minutes late. I made 14 attempts to contact them, yet received no response. Eventually, I was informed that the service provider no longer wanted to work with me, despite my history of receiving a hydration facial($299), Micro dermabrasion treatment($179), and chemical peel($259) from her. This treatment of clients is completely unacceptable. I have since switched to Germain Dermatology, where Lainey O’Donnell is my treatment specialist, and she does an outstanding job with my skin. I only returned to this business for a customize facial($199), which I now recognize as a mistake. In which I paid $100 deposit. That I’m not even looking for it to be returned, even though I was told I would be refunded as a courtesy. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Update: I want to express my feelings about the situation. It truly saddens me that you uploaded a photo of me without my permission or consent. The only form I filled out was a Skin Consultation form.I hope you can find a way to communicate better about these things in the future. You can also see in our text exchange I asked if I needed to be rescheduled. FYI: that picture was sent after I received treatment from Germain Dermatology after you gave my 3-degree burns. Your response to my post and experience shows exactly how unpleasant and unprofessional you really are. As a business owner you have to understand and realize everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Our experience at Mink Total Medical Spa in Charleston was absolutely amazing! During our visit, my wife and I treated ourselves to their facials, which were truly the best we've ever experienced. My wife was thrilled with her anniversary gift, and we both left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. We are already looking forward to returning again soon! Highly recommend Mink Total Medical Spa for their outstanding service and treatments.
