Started going here almost a year ago due to my job location and convenience. But just recently, had the most unprofessional customer service experience. I want be going back. Someone really should train the girl on phone etiquette and customer service. If you are going to be in a business servicing people, you should know life happens and jobs and situations arise out of your control. You should be more empathetic and not disrespectful and rude. Despite several times going, and being told by an esthetician that they don’t like doing brows, I still kept giving them a chance. But I want be back after the rude phone customer service recently.

I went there over the weekend and had the worst experience of my life. This was my first time ever getting a wax and it was so uncomfortable I let (Shaneka) know before starting the full body wax that this was my first time and she failed to walk me through anything before doing the service! Mind you she was also on the phone during my appointment which is unprofessional to say the least. I also brought to her attention that the wax was really hot and she brushed it off saying “ you just think it’s hot” So i finally brought up the courage to call off the rest of the wax since I felt uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the way I was being treated, I told her that I was done and don’t wanna do the rest of the wax and because of her headphones I had to repeat myself over again since she wasn’t paying any attention and was talking on the phone with someone to then realize I wanted to stop the service to then she replied to say “oh really you want to stop” and I had to repeat myself again and she was like “oh wow so you don’t even want to do your legs” and I had scheduled a full body wax for $75. I went to check out and paid $67 for just under arms and the first part of a Brazilian. It was the biggest waste of time and money along with an unforgettable and uncomfortable experience I was on the verge of crying just trying to pay. When and another associate came out trying to tell me how it gets better and how it was only like that since it was my first time. Never again will I be coming to this establishment!

The best waxes I have gotten so far! Little to no pain, gentle, and quick! Very clean business! I’ve been looking for a new waxing place for a minute and I’m finally set on this one! The first time I had Terrica she was great and today I had Cia who was great as well. They both made me comfortable.
