I can’t recommend Andrea enough! She truly listens to what I’m asking for and takes the time to make sure she fully understands my vision before she even starts. I never feel rushed, and she always makes me feel confident that I’m in great hands. She’s friendly, professional, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. The salon itself is super cute and modern, and they validate parking — which is a huge bonus! Overall, such a great experience every time. Highly recommend Andrea if you’re looking for someone who really cares about getting it right!

Christina Dell at Copper Willow gives me the hair of my dreams every time I see her. I've been a client of hers for over 7 years & like to stay pretty consistent with my hair cut/color while still changing things up a tad throughout the year. Christina gives me great recommendations & I really feel like I can trust her to give a finished product that I'll be in love with. To be honest though, I come for the hair cut & color - but stay for the head rubs during shampooing. Great conversation, time that is for me to relax and take care of myself, & results beyond my expectations.

had a mixed experience at this salon. The stylist’s technical work was okay, but the overall experience lacked professionalism. During my appointment, they spoke negatively about other salons, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I also felt the conversation was very sales-oriented, with repeated comments about my hair being “damaged” that seemed more focused on pushing product sales rather than offering genuine, educational advice. I value a welcoming, respectful environment and transparent recommendations, and unfortunately this experience didn’t meet those expectations.
