I really enjoyed my experience with Poshology. I wanted a natural look so I booked the classic lash service. Im absolutely in love with them. They look so natural as if they grew from my eyelids!! And best of all, I don’t feel them at all on my eyelids. She was super friendly, professional and ON TIME which I loved. She also provided cleaning solutions to purchase and full details for how to care for the lashes. I’m definitely going to book again for refills and I’m going to take advantage of her specials on Wednesday for her wax services. I highly recommend Poshology. I scheduled an appointment at this place through ClassPass to do my eyelashes, and twice my appointment was canceled on short notice after it was confirmed a week in advance without a reason. I finally called the place when I booked the third time to understand if there was anything wrong with the booking in the app. Today, I had my appointment at 4:30PM, and even the doors were locked when I arrived to the building and couldn’t get in, when I called at 4:46 she told me she has closed down the salon and has already left. I asked her if she could do 1hr instead of the 1 hr and 30 mins I had booked to keep the appointment but she told me she had already left the salon. How could someone leave during the time the client is supposed to arrive? Very poor communication and customer service. I understand it’s a small business but I won’t come back to a place with such poor customer service.

After a TERRIBLE experience with another lash tech here in Charlotte I was a little weary of going to anyone else. Miyana changed that! Everytime I’ve left her chair I have absolutely loved my lashes. Honestly just a sweet and very genuine person and I’m happy that she is my one and only lash tech!
