I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday eyebrow wax with Elizabeth! She walked me through the process step by step and even showed me a sneak-peek sketch of the shape she planned before starting, which made sure we were on the same page. In any retail/chain company, I don’t expect them to be as clean as smaller, local locations but my waxer, Jocelyn makes sure the table I lay on is clean and wiped down. She keeps her instruments clean and wax fresh. She is the best waxer I’ve ever had. I’m prone to ingrowns. Her technique for waxing me has really helped decrease the amount of irritation and ingrowns I get. She knows what she’s doing! She was my first waxer with this company and I’ll continue to come to her. She is professional and friendly and clean! Thanks Jocelyn!
