This was my first time here, and I came in for the promotion that included a Brazilian, underarm, and eyebrow wax. I had such an amazing experience with Kendra! She was calm, quiet, and incredibly thorough, which I really appreciated. My eyebrows look the best they have in a long time! The Brazilian was also much less painful than any I’ve had before. The room smelled wonderful, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with an esthetician since moving to the Charlotte area (Rea Farms location)! Kendra was personable, and VERY meticulous with making sure she didn’t miss a hair ANYWHERE (I got a Brazilian and my eyebrows waxed). She also has a calm demeanor and energy about her and put me at ease. I had anxiety over trying to find a new esthetician. Hello Sugar also has a seamless check-in process and membership program. It’s was a one time low fee ($7- for this location), and you don’t have to get roped into a monthly charge. You can schedule the fee to come out around your typical appointment cadence or opt to pay at checkout of your appointment, and you get $10 off as a member. The esthetician was great. This is 3 stars due to my booking experience. I booked a Brazilian and an armpit wax at the location in fort mill. It was canceled. A text was not received and the email loaded late. I called the automated system prior to leaving and it basically confirmed my appointment. I get there and no appointment. The most they could do was a $10 credit and rescheduled me. But didn’t reschedule my full appointment (excluded the armpit wax) and the esthetician didn’t have time to do it. 5 stars esthetician. 2 stars for the process and inconveniences
