This place is not easy to locate. Still never found it. Tried texting the number and calling and it’s all an automated so you won’t reach a person. Then there’s a $10 fee for missing the appointment. If this gets resolved, I’ll take down the review. Otherwise, everyone else -heed warning, don’t go here.

This was the worst experience of my life. For starters, it was impossible to find this place. The “directions link” I received via text did not work, nor was I able to register my vehicle to park. This “spa” was a single room in a building of more tiny rooms used by other companies. The room itself was cold and unwelcoming with bright white lights, little to no decoration, and absolute silence. Upon entering, I let the aesthetician know that this was my first time, yet she made very little effort to make conversation or give detailed instruction. Not only did she begin with the most painful part, but she counted down from 3 every single time she was about to wax. She would tell me “this next part is going to hurt,” which only intensified my stress and pain. At the end, there was still scraps of wax on me which she couldn’t seem bothered to wipe off, nor pluck the extra hairs she missed. I was so shaken up after this entire experience that I walked out of there with my leggings on backwards.

This was my first visit to Hello Sugar and I was impressed! Alexis did an AMAZING job! I am always so nervous when I have a wax appointment and she naturally made it such a calm experience for me. The wax was nearly painless and quick! Great service and price point! I will definitely return!
