IDOLIZE Brows And Beauty Dilworth

Don’t go here!!! I’ve been coming here for months, and this is the second time I’ve had this issue. The first time, I brushed it off because everyone has an off day and they usually do a good job. I went in again this afternoon and left with two completely different eyebrows. My eyebrows are my favorite feature, and I like to keep them thick. I specifically asked for a clean-up only, and this is what I walked out with. One eyebrow was made noticeably thinner than the other. I ended up leaving because there was NO WAY I was going to let her touch my other eyebrow and thin it out even more. Very disappointing experience.

Beautiful decor and very clean. Walk-in threading service was quick and my brows look very nice. Though thinner then I usually go, they were definitely shaped well! Would be 5 stars except I was going to book a tinting appointment at the end and I wanted to know more about the products/ingredients because I have known allergies. They were very short with the response, wouldn’t share the ingredient details, and rushed me out, though they weren’t busy. While that was disappointing as a first time customer, I would still come again for the threading service without question.

I could’ve done a better job shaping my brows by myself. I still had strays after leaving and my brows look the exact same as when I walked in, minus a few strays. Not sure if they were rushing because there were a couple of people waiting but honestly it’s a waste of $15. Had to go home and pluck my eyebrows. Clean space and nice staff which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.
