Sweet Honey Brazilian Wax - South End

I discovered this location after relocating from Houston, Texas, and it has been extremely convenient due to its proximity to my home. Overall, I have had a positive experience with this company; however, I would like to share two concerns for consideration. First, I believe there may be an opportunity for additional coaching or guidance around customer service. I am a regular client and typically schedule my services with Rayly, who is consistently professional, gentle, and exceptional in her care. On one occasion when Rayly was unavailable, I was serviced by another esthetician, who I later learned was the owner’s mother. Unfortunately, the experience was uncomfortable, as the service was very rough. When I politely requested a gentler approach, the interaction became tense, and I felt compelled to ask for another staff member to complete the Brazilian wax. This experience was disappointing and did not align with the level of service I have come to expect. Second, I experienced an issue with customer service over the phone. I had scheduled an appointment and called to inquire about coming in earlier. During the transfer from the Matthews location to the South End location, the representative answered the call but disconnected almost immediately. After calling back several times, I lightheartedly mentioned the disconnect, but the representative became defensive and argumentative. As someone who works in Human Resources, I understand that constructive feedback can sometimes be challenging to receive; however, professional communication and de-escalation are essential to maintaining a positive customer experience. Despite these concerns, I have generally enjoyed my services at this location and appreciate the convenience and quality of care I typically receive. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit in which it is intended—to support continued improvement and an excellent experience for all clients.

I have been going to sweet honey Brazilian wax for about 3+ years, I’ve seen several different people and all have done an amazing job. Always friendly and quality service. Even after moving homes, I still choose to drive 40+ minutes to one of their locations because I have not found a place that compares to their quality of service.

I’m so glad to be tapped back in with my fav ! See you in 6 weeks or less ! 😂 Took a year off and she has only leveled up ! Customer service , skills and location ambience sets the mood everytime !
