shartavia was amazing. The first time there was a small issue, but she was extremely professional about it and immediately offered to fix it for free. She took her time, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I’m honestly so happy with the final result. She’s super kind, patient, and clearly cares about her clients and her work. I really appreciate how she handled everything and I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend! update: Ariel at European Wax Center is AMAZING. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire time, and the wax was quick, clean, and way less painful than I expected. She’s super professional but also so sweet and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be booking with Ariel every time!
