It was my first time at this location, and I had trouble finding the place. From the minute I called, a woman named Monica answered the phone, with a cheery upbeat voice letting me know that it was a beautiful day today. Indeed, it was, because she helped me navigate to the location and then when I was walking around, she stayed on the phone with me and even stood outside the door so I could see her. When I finally met her in person, she was highly personable, she is definitely the right person for that position. Her customer was exceptional, she went above and beyond for me. It was also my first time meeting Millie, and she was a true professional, but also had a wonderful “table side” manner. She would instruct me to take deep breaths as she waxed me and it wasn’t painful at all because she kept me calm. She was quick and effective. She was also friendly and easy to talk to, and we had a few laughs together. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you Millie and Monica for the excellent service!

EWC in all the states I’ve lived have always been pretty solid - I’ve been a member since the 00s - and I’m not sure I’ve ever sent in a review. But I had to today because Monse absolutely deserves 1000 stars. So quick and virtually painless. Make an appointment and ask for her specifically. She is magic! ✨

Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. Came here for a simple eyebrow clean up. My eyebrows were perfectly healthy and bushy, it took me a long time to get them to this state. All I asked for was a simple cleanup, I like them naturally looking and full. This is what I came out with. My left eyebrow is practically absent, my right one is uneven. She tried covering up the fact that she messed up by applying some dye on my left eyebrow, but, of course, it didn’t help. I should have left at the point when I was greeted by a girl in a dirty uniform with many many stains. The way she was applying wax was also something I have never seen before - above my eyebrows, she would cover half my forehead, and below my eyebrow she would cover half MY EYELID. Imagine the pain and strain she was putting on my eyelids??? I am honestly shocked and traumatized, because I hate how I look now and I don’t know how to cover this mess. It is going to take AT LEAST 6 months to grow them back, and up to a full year for the eyebrows to look as full and healthy. No surprise, no one apologized, no manager called me back (the staff member said that they definitely would), I am left alone to deal with this disgusting situation.
