Sugaring NYC - Chicago Lincoln Park

Long overdue review! I am a regular customer at the Sugaring NYC - Lincoln Park location, and I always receive excellent service, in a clean, welcoming environment. My services last Monday (01/19/26) went above and beyond, for reasons I will explain below. Scheduling Flexibility: I booked an appointment with my regular Sugarista, Lauren, the day before I was flying to Florida for a funeral. When I arrived and attempted to check-in, the friendly receptionist politely (and quietly) informed me that I made the appointment for the next day (01/20/26), and that Sugarista Lauren was already gone for the day. After explaining that I mistakenly booked the wrong day, and that I was the flying to Florida early the next day, the receptionist assured me she could find an available Sugarista to take care of me. In less than 5 minutes Sugarista Stacy was waiting to assist me. Sugarista Stacy: Stacy was prompt and professional, and checked with me multiple times during my services to make sure she was addressing all the areas I requested. Stacy gave clear instructions and explained which area she planned to work on next, so I always knew what to expect. Although this was my first time with Stacy, I felt comfortable and relaxed, and I would not hesitate to book services with her again Receptionist: I feel terrible that I don't know the receptionist's name, but she is always so kind. After my services were over, the receptionist asked how everything went, which is standard. She then asked how I was holding up after the passing of my grandmother, which I really appreciated. Without this review she may never know how much it helped to just have the space to tell someone, even a stranger, that I was "sad but making it." So, to the evening receptionist, Thank you!

This was my first ever time getting any sort of hair removal process done and choosing Twonna was probably the best choice I could've made. She was kind, understanding, non-judgmental, and so professional! Any sort of sugaring or waxing is going to hurt but she made it (A) as painless as humanly possible and (B) as quick as she could while being detailed and careful. She was the #1 reason why this experience was perfect for a first timer. Also, the front desk girlies are so kind! Everyone there is super sweet and accommodating making this the perfect place for beginners and return clients. Thank you all!!! - Rosie

I love love love going here! I’ve been going to this location since 2021 I think and so far my sugaring expert is Carly! Carly is my homegirl! She is super fast, friendly and we just have a lot to talk about. I highly recommend her! She gets the job done!
