Just got my wax here and my first one at that! Jessica was so sweet,kind and made sure my first experience wasn’t my last! The facility is clean and everyone seems so down to earth. I found my place. I had the best time with Jessica! She was very professional. This was the best waxing experience I’ve had in a very long time! It was very clean & smelled great in the building. I’m so glad there’s a Waxing in the City close to me now! I’ll be back for sure.

The franchise owner of this establishment, Sarah Neff went out of her way on TikTok to make a video about me (yes, a 40 year old women made a TikTok video about someone she doesn’t even know) and the way I look, All I did was comment on one of her videos and made a joke about her accent, she completely spiraled, her temper is terrifying. She made comments about my eyebrows. She made comments about my teeth she was swearing at me, totally uncalled for. She even went as far to make comments about my kids thankfully, the post was taken down because I had reported it, but I would not go to this woman or this establishment for any beauty needs who knows what she’ll say about you or your children when you walk out the door. Go take a look at her TikTok, I think putting others down makes her feel better about herself.
