Ambiance Nail Spa

I am Ambiance’s number one fan! I go monthly for a dip manicure and pedicure and have never been disappointed. I have been seeing Trish for the past several months and always enjoy my visits with her. She’s sweet, professional, and always makes sure the shape of my nails is exactly how I want it. I won’t go anywhere else!

I recently moved to Cincinnati & this is the only nail salon I have had a consistently good experience at. I typically get dip powder but this time, I got Jessica & she was able to do builder gel on my nails — something I have been wanting to try forever! She did amazing. I am obsessed & will be coming back every time for Jessica. They look so natural & im obsessed.

My husband and I went to the Oakley ambience, and we both had pedicures. I had a manicure. I requested a master for services. Was convinced by Nail Tech to try the powder Nails said would last for three weeks. Nail chipped on eighth day, Called to inform what happened spoke with a young lady told me it was past seven days. I need to speak with a manager a male came to the phone. I explained that the tip of my nail had chipped. He said to come tomorrow. When I got there the next day, which was Sunday, I was greeted by I’m assuming the manager and she basically told me that I didn’t call yesterday and I didn’t speak with the male manager because they don’t have one. Basically, I was a called a liar. Needless to say I was disappointed didn’t make a scene. I just said no worries and left. Overall experience was good service was great but did not like the powder polish I was convinced to get because how long bit last. I believe that’s the reason why my nail chipped was too thick. The worst experience was the manager who made me feel like I was a liar, so therefore, I will not support an establishment that doesn’t value a customer who spent over $200 for services. My time is money also!
