Ambiance Nail Spa

I had a great and pleasant experience as I always do!! Kim was very attentive and gentle with me. I hadn't been in a while, but I'm definitely starting back up.

All of my experiences at ambiance were supper good. I’ve been many times but i can’t really find all of the pictures. If they messed something up, they were MORE than willing to re do whatever needs to be fixed with no hesitation! I definitely recommend. They’re costumer service is also really good!

I went in excited to get my nails done and after all was said and done I will not be returning. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The first picture is what I wanted and the second is what I got, clearly there was supposed to be more white, on one of my nails I barely got any white. Don rushed through my nails and after I went to the front and politely asked if there was a way I could get them fixed to have more white like in the picture she took me back and don got an attitude about it and the way he spoke to me was not necessary at no point was I rude so I expect the same kind of respect. At that point I told him not to worry about fixing it because I’m not going to sit there while someone disrespects me when they were the ones who didn’t do the nails correctly to begin with. Definitely not even worth half of what I paid.
