Ambiance Nail Spa

It was a birthday gift for me from my husband. I had many nail spas to choose from but this is the one I picked. I had an appointment but they still made me wait for almost 30 mins, it was okay since I had nothing else to do after. But hopefully next time, they follow the booking schedule since they require clients to make an appointment. The mani and pedi service was good. What was a bit off was the attitude of the nail tech who did my nails. I only chose regular polish, and I know polish is sensitive and needs time to dry. While I was drying my nails, I accidentally bumped one and the polish got ruined. When I called the nail tech who did my nails, she seemed annoyed and asked why I bumped it and what I was doing. I didn’t mean to do it, I was actually trying to be very careful. I just let it go coz maybe she already had another client or was tired. They still have the most reasonable prices among all the places I checked. Overall, the service was okay.

Went in to get my girlfriend’s nails done with Nail Tech Shayla, it was an amazing experience she got gel x and Shayla did an amazing job with the art. 10/10 would recommend booking with Shayla.

I have been coming to the Eastgate ambiance location for years now. I have received service from several of the technicians but more recently have gotten my nails and collagen pedicures by Sophia, Jay, Nary, and Susan. I also got married in October and had the most beautiful wedding nails for my day done by Sophia. There was also a time last month when my husband and I came to the nail salon with only 30 minutes to closing, and the manager was extremely accommodating and kind to us. The customer service is amazing and I am always greeted and remembered by staff. I highly recommend the team at Eastgate ambiance.
