My waxer Jamaica was exceptional. Best wax I ever got. Did not feel any hair after and lets not even mention customer service. 10/10. She was knowledgeable, flexible as i got a business call, she was super friendly but professional and the sweetest person I have met in awhile. We talked the whole time and she wasnt distracted. Other reps tried to upsell me on products but she was the only one that got me to buy. It could just be how sweet she was but whatever it is it worked. Mackayla at the front desk was also a star in her own way. She was sweet and knowledgeable. I didnt even know there was a wax pass you could get that has unlimited wax for the year. I was having a terrible couple of weeks but they both cheered me up without even knowing it. Thanks guys. Honorable mention for Megan the best of the best at the Western Hills location. Her customer service is top-tier. She is a ray of sunshine and a smart lady. I watch how she maneuver situations and calm customers down like the boss lady she is. I strongly believe she would be an asset in any organization she enters. Always a pleasure to see her and chat with her. I hope to find someone similar for my company someday. Thanks Megan. Booked to try this company with the free offer. I usually go across the street to a competitor and I was impressed with the wax used here. It is less painful and I did not stay as red as I usually do . Linda was very friendly and did an amazing job. I will be returning to this location. Thanks for the amazing service..
