Salon Baci

I absolutely love Salon Baci in downtown Cincinnati. Sam is my stylist, and she is truly exceptional. She always takes the time to understand what I want, explains everything clearly, and offers thoughtful suggestions. Beyond her talent, she is friendly, polite, patient, creative and has such a warm, happy personality that makes every appointment enjoyable. I always leave loving my hair. I highly recommend Sam and Salon Baci to anyone.

Zoey has been my hair colorist and stylist for about 18 years, and I can’t say enough about her! There are many appointments I want my same “go-to” cut and color, and other times I come in wanting something different and reviving, but I don’t know how to describe what I want. Zoey somehow knows EXACTLY what I’m aiming for and delivers it with perfection! Yesterday I showed her several pictures of hair color that I was indecisive about, and her suggestion was brilliant! It was a beautiful combo of what I have and what I wanted to accomplish, without overdoing it or being too drastic. It was perfect!

My daughter and I called, spoke to owner - requested Saturday gel manicures, a blowout for me, a trim for her. All services were good. Issue is that owner said our experiences could be simultaneous, or at least partially, so neither of us would be sitting. Daughter and I arrived at 9:45 am as scheduled. I sat and watched my daughter get her gel manicure and trim until nearly 12:30pm at which time they began my 2 services. Owner left well before then, have no idea where she went, didn’t keep things moving with her staff. Finished me at 2:30pm after 4.5 hours of being there. Really?! Will not go back - ONLY 1 nail professional there, Viktoria. She completed 3 nail services (2 of them were me and my daughter) from 10 am-2:30 pm. Crazy to me it is 2 weeks before Christmas and salon was literally empty on a Saturday too. Very high-end decor, on Fountain Square, high prices. Disappointed as I thought was paying for the hands-on, elevated salon experience, but instead feel my extra money was used to pay for the decor and rent. Will not return!
