Wowww! Customer service 10/10, treatment 10/10. I was initially supposed to see Darby, but with the snow blizzard had to change my appointment — I mixed up the time of my new appointment and Darby was SO kind about it, even though it affected her time and schedule. Seriously so understanding and helpful. She got me re-booked with Kellie. I had a HORRIBLE Brazilian the month before at a different business that hurt more than I think anything in my life (lol), but since it was my first one in years I decided to give it another go, pray the second hurt less and keep the no shaving train going. That being said I was scared and paranoid going into the appointment. I didn’t need to be! Kellie was AMAZING. It was a night and day difference from my bad experience elsewhere. Kellie was thorough, kind, gentle and gave me my most painless wax experience ever. Could not recommend more!

10/10 place!! I have been coming here for 3 years now and it is the highlight of my month getting to have my talk and wax session with Darby!! I don’t think I could ever get waxed anywhere else and get this kind of service!! Darby works magic I didn’t even feel pain today during my appointment ! That plus we were too busy talking and laughing lol! If you’re considering booking I highly recommend booking with Darby!!

Darby was so kind and easy to talk to! She worked really hard to establish trust and a comfortable environment. I don't think I could have had a better first waxing experience :)
