Tyielle was very professional and courteous throughout my appointment. She was very communicative, explained everything clearly, and was extremely knowledgeable. I was honestly surprised at how comfortable she made the experience. Thank you to her for such a great experience. Also, the ladies at the front desk stood up to greet me with smiles when I walked in, which really made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

I have been going to European wax center for a long time. This location is generally perfectly fine and the waxing technicians I’ve had have all been great. However, today I presented for my appointment which was the first appt of the day (9 am). They open at 9 am. I arrived slightly early and waited in my car. At 8:57 I decided to go in as I had to use the restroom and I could see people inside. I attempted to open the door, which was locked, but made a loud-ish noise. There were 2 employees sitting behind the front desk which is only about a few yards away from the front door, who could clearly see me/hear me try to open the door. It was 5 degrees outside, snowing and windy. They did not budge nor even look at me and waited until 9 am on the dot to open the door. I understand they open at 9, but this is basic human courtesy during a time where it was freezing cold outside. There was no acknowledgement from them at all when they finally opened the door. I find this rude and unacceptable at a place where I pay a decent amount for a service that I could get many other places. I’d consider updating front desk staff on courtesy and customer service. Waxing staff are great. Thanks.

I always read reviews when booking so i love when people leave them lol. I usually go to the EWC in Macedonia but the turn over is so high I decided to visit this one. Booked with Tyielle, she was at the front desk waiting for me, she was very professional, felt very comfortable, and she made sure my wax was all nice and cleaned up. Will be booking again.
