Waxxpot Westlake

I walked in today just to get some information and left with the best eyebrow wax I have ever received. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Keebi was my wax specialist and was just amazing. She was gentle, efficient and understood the exact shape I was going for. I have always had a sensitivity issue to waxing due to my sensitive skin and today was zero issues which means they use a superior product. I was so impressed by the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and my overall experience. I booked my next appt immediately and look forward to going back!!! 10 stars!!

Angelica was my wax specialist, I had my eyebrows and nostrils waxed. She did a great job at making them look clean but not too feminine. She walked me through the process before starting, I previously tried European Wax across the street because it’s a little cheaper, they didn’t walk me through my service and I left with eye brows I didn’t like. You get what you pay for! The establishment was very nice and clean, and I now go on a consistent basis.

The website description of what a full bikini wax is differs from what they actually did. When you question them about why they left hair in the bikini area, the wax specialist said that a bikini full only includes the sides and top, does not include down the middle. Their website says otherwise. When I was there, the receptionist was talking about how they are having growing pains and issues, and it's not a surprise. When you have inconsistent descriptions of services on the website versus what is rendered, I can see why. Their website literally says " take as little or as much as you want off the front, leave a strip, a triangle or nothing at all." Won't be returning. Edit: they say the conversation was not about the business but she was talking about how the business is changing hands and that you should wait to book until after February.
