This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax! I was so nervous but from the moment I stepped into Jalea’s spot I felt like I was a welcomed friend! It was quick, easy, and not painful at all! She is very professional answers any questions you may have and I honestly just loved that I felt like a friend there coming to socialize and not get a wax! She definitely is a 10/10! If you haven’t tried her then you haven’t had the best!

Jalea is amazing! Honestly, she’s an amazing person first, and an amazing waxer second. I’ve been searching for a permanent waxer, and she is definitely the one. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, she made me feel so comfortable. She’s so loving, friendly, and easy to talk to. I’m always nervous about the pain because I do not do well with pain, but she talked to me the whole appointment and kept me calm ( and don't worry if you're not a talker, she has silent appointments you can book). I’d honestly rate the pain a 2/10. It wasn’t bad at all. She really knows what she’s doing, she educates you, and she makes sure she gets every single hair. I’m so happy I found her, and I am not turning back.
