Luvia’s customer service and attention to detail is unmatched!! She is sooo sweet and ensures you’re comfortable from the moment that you walk in. Her bubbly energy and personality also make the appointment go by so quickly and she works efficiently to reduce the pain and any discomfort. I never thought I would be cracking up and laughing during a Brazilian wax but somehow Luvia is able to make this happen due to her amazing sense of humor. She is very experienced, and you can tell from her technique and application. She uses great quality wax as well and I haven’t experienced any irritation or reactions. There’s so much to say so I’m unsure where to start, but I’ve been coming to Luvia for a little over 2 yrs now and I’ve always received the best service. I was afraid of getting waxed as I had never gotten anything aside from my brows waxed before, but Luvia makes you forget about why you’re there and before you know it your wax is done. She’s very thorough and cares about the finished outcome, she takes her time to ensure you have the best wax and she has always been a warm and welcome space and I thank her for that. Thank you Luvia for the all laughter and the waxes through the years. ☺️ I’m so glad to have found her.
