Listen… I walked in fully prepared to see Jesus and my ancestors because of my grow out. I’m an out of towner who comes into this area for work and was way “past due”. But Bailee? This woman is a miracle worker with wax. She had me so at ease, talking and chit chatting and I forgot I was paying someone to rip hair out of places I can’t even see without a yoga warm-up. She’s fast, she’s gentle, and somehow she made me feel like a queen while I was in the most un-royal positions imaginable. 10/10 professionalism. 100/10 results. If you’re nervous, go see Bailee. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First visit and I’m already looking forward to returning. This being a newer facility and location in West Des Moines the atmosphere was supreme. You will clearly enjoy the serenity and modern feel of this location. They also accommodated me for a same day appointment in-a-pinch! My waxing technician Bailey was so kind, attentive, and incredibly thorough. I really appreciated how she took notes on my skin’s response and talked me through aftercare—that level of care makes all the difference. She did an AMAZING job and clearly knows her craft. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and making you feel completely comfortable in your own skin. This wasn’t just a service, it was expert care. Best place ever. Experienced professionals that are friendly caring and do excellent work. Bailee is just fantastic. my first time getting waxed was perfect. I usually Manscape my self . she explained everything to me. she was gentle, professional and thorough. she made me feel very comfortable.
