I had a really great experience with Hello Sugar. The pre-appointment communication was super helpful. I appreciated that they included a video of where to park and how to enter the building. Manualla was really great. She was cheerful and informative. She was quick, but made sure she did a detailed job and regularly checked in to make sure I was doing ok. It was a great experience I would highly recommend.

Yes, I was going to be a first time client here however there was an extreme traffic buildup right at Maine Street which caused me to be about 6 minutes late considering you had a 10 minute grace period. I thought that would be no problem. When I arrived she told me that I’m too close to the end of the grace period even though it hasn’t been 10 minutes and that she couldn’t start with me after I drove 30 minutes to get here and she continues to tell me that I can wait 45 minutes for her next client to arrive and she will service me after she is done with her… so in total, she expected me to wait an hour and a half just because I was 6 minutes late How tacky!
