DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible Service. They retaliate when you’re particular about your service, even when you’re polite & tip well. I’ve been coming in consecutively for an overlay on my natural nails. After explaining to the tech that I like the curve of my long natural nails, HE CHOPPED ONE OFF. After giving it thought it feels intentional because he chopped it before he even finished removing my nail polish & he cut it while I was looking down at my phone for an inspiration picture HE ASKED FOR. These people prioritize speed & doing what they want to do. When you’re specific, they’re rough with you. They barely apologized & didn’t seem to care that they ruined my full set of long natural nails. I ended up walking out after he had an attitude with me & continued to be rough on my hands trying to drill & rip off acrylic after I specifically asked to be soaked off. This isn’t my first bad experience here but I like to keep a positive attitude. Yesterday I left traumatized & humiliated. They offered absolutely nothing to make up for it. I had to go to a random shop down the street just to rebuild my nail for appearances. I’ll never return & you shouldn’t either. Im still absolutely disgusted

I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!! Everyone in there so so so sweet and accommodating. Anytime I’ve been there they make sure nobody is waiting too long and I am always in and out of here so fast. I go to Alex and he kills it every time no matter what I ask for. Best pricing, nicest people, and definitely worth the time. Please give them a shot !!! A mother and daughter spa day we was getting a manicure and a pedicure also two nails added to my big toe. The price came out to be $121. However, the environment was beautiful. The manicure and pedicure was over the top. It was a very relaxing calming place. I could close my eyes and relax. Also, my eight-year-old daughter was getting her first pedicure. The massage chairs was phenomenal exquisite they had different ways of massaging your legs your arms, your neck, your back, your hips, your buttocks however my nails were beautiful. The only issue that I have is that they did not last for three weeks prior to the product that I normally use but overall it was good experience with my daughter.
